Epimedium ecalcarata

This low growing, spreading species from China has small bright yellow bell-like flowers with just a hint of the beginning of a spur, on stems to about 10” tall. The leaves are small, somewhat oval, spiny edged, and evergreen, emerging bronze. z5 at least
